Lebanon, Penn.: DRT Transportation, an asset-owning intermodal marketing company and third-party logistics firm, announced the hire of Andrew Myron as the branch manager of DRT’s new Montreal office. With over 15 years of experience in the Canadian freight industry, Myron’s leadership will allow DRT to expand their capabilities, increase their presence and enhance their customer support for the Canadian market.

“Andrew’s extensive background in the Canadian market will allow us to enhance our service offerings to current clients who need more support with cross-border transport,” said DRT President, Rob Kemp. “With our enhanced capabilities, we’ll also be able to expand our customer base.”

Myron has worked for transportation and logistics companies large and small, and has experience in a number of different business units, from sales to operations. In Myron’s first six months, he hopes to bring on an additional four employees in the Montreal office.

“We look forward to being a resource for the other DRT offices as we continue to grow our services into Canada,” said Myron. “Our branch will specialize in moving freight across the border and will help streamline that process.”

Myron has lived in Quebec most of his adult life, and in his free time enjoys spending time outdoors, watching sports and traveling. He has two daughters. Before moving to Quebec, Myron spent two years living in London.
